ULTRASONE HEADPHONES, TOOTH AND NAIL RECORDS HOST MIXING CONTEST AT NAMM SHOW ‘08

Winning Mixer of the Song ‘15’ by Surrogate Will Take Home a Pair of ULTRASONE Headphones with Extremely Safe, Accurate S-Logic System

Ultrasone of America LLC. (www.ultrasoneusa.com), in conjunction with Tooth and Nail Records (www.toothandnail.com) of Seattle, WA, will be offering all NAMM Show 08 attendees the chance to win a pair of ULTRASONE headphones at this year’s show.

The talented winner will emerge victorious by using ULTRASONE headphones and a Korg D888 digital workstation to create the best mix of the song “15” by Tooth and Nail recording artist Surrogate (http://www.myspace.com/surrogateparty), as judged by a panel of experts. Interested participants must visit the ULTRASONE booth (#6298) and sign up for a mixing appointment. They will be given 30 minutes to create their own idea of the best mix.

Mixes will then be judged down to the ten best by the ULTRASONE staff and submitted to a panel of celebrity judges that includes Eddie Kramer, Joe Chicarelli and Carmen Rizzo for the final evaluation. The creator of the winning mix will then get to pick a pair of ULTRASONE headphones of their very own (Edition 9 model excluded). All contestants will also receive a prize pack from ULTRASONE and Tooth and Nail that includes a CD of the new Surrogate release, Love is for the Rich.

Official Contest Rules:

Contestants must visit the ULTRASONE booth and sign up for a time to mix prior to their mix session.
Contestants will be given a 30-minute time slot in which to create their mix and burn it to CD.
ULTRASONE staff will be on hand to answer any questions about the equipment and the contest.
